In the main blog page, under the title and the story content, there are generally three small links:

Permalink | E-mail this | Comments

I say generally because you can disable Comments or "E-mail this" feature from your account options.

Permalink (Permalink - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) and Comments should be pretty self-explanatory for any blog user. Any of your blog visitor that will want to spread the word about your posts can do so by clicking on "E-mail this". The story will be sent then; for now it is sent in TEXT mode. It can be HTML mode as well, if you need this just let me know.
