few site updates

small improvements rolled live. They include:

  • If you are logged in, the comments form is now automatically filled up with your user name, e-mail and blogHi url. This means that if you don't log out (there is no reason why you should), we will recognize you and fill the comments form for you, so that you only have to type in the comment. (thanks to mathias for the tip)
  • We don't enforce this "recognition" on you, if you want, you can either log out, or simply change the information as you wish.
  • if you uploaded a profile pic, it will be visible in the browser url, as the so called favicon.ico; as a small but high quality picture. Check wikipedia's favicon page for a detailed information on the topic.
  • if you use the comments form on another blogHi blogs, a small profile picture will also be visible near your comment, with a link to your blog. We hope this will encourage communication between you and other users

  5. the failure exists no more. lets call it "user error". a workmate told me, that there are some failures using ff and rss in conjunction with bloghi, but they aren't

  6. could we have the same tools 9n the comments that we do when we make a post e.g. blockquote in a different or highlighted color and a way to put links. thanks btw I like the changes you have made

    thanks for the nice Blog ;-)
    I like the RTF Edior ; it will save me a lot fo time editing my posts.
    By the way do you plan the possiblity to unlude other sites as links?
    ont the right pane?
